Scheduling your First Appointment
To schedule an appointment, please call or text (310) 808-7131. If we are in a session with a client and are unable to answer, please leave a voicemail or text message and we will get back to you promptly.
Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance as a courtesy to our other clients and therapists. If not, your credit card will be charged a $25 no-show or late cancellation fee. If this is a recurring practice, you may be liable to pay for the full session.
Arriving Late for an Appointment
Arriving late to your appointment will limit the one hour for your session. Your session will end at the scheduled time so that the next client will not be delayed. If you arrive late, you can receive a shortened session or pay $25 missed session fee and reschedule.
There are no refunds for colon hydrotherapy for any reason.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to fill out the client health questionnaire. If the therapist is still in session with another client, a sign will be on the door and a health questionnaire on a clipboard. Feel free to have a seat in our waiting area.
